You are not alone - this is how you ask your questions!

Do you have any questions about learning the piano? We are here for you!

Please note the following guidelines:

1. Questions below a lesson

My request to you: before you write to me, please watch the video or the text explanations carefully. I usually answer everything there. Please only ask me questions that are specifically related to the learning unit and that can be easily answered in text form.

So no further questions such as "Will this come later?" and what about XY? Most courses have a modular structure, the level of difficulty increases and in 99% of all cases these questions are answered in the course of the course.

Please understand that we are unable to answer questions of this kind:

- 'in which video do you explain XY?
- I don't understand it at all, can you explain it to me?
- but I can't play it, do you have any tips?
- I've read/heard that this is so and so, what's your opinion?
- Why should I practise this?
- what do you think of xy?
- wouldn't it be better to play xy instead of xz?

These are not questions about understanding the content.

2. General questions & personal experiences

The Zapiano® team is there for you and we are happy to answer any questions that are not specifically related to a lesson. Examples:

- What do you think of piano xy?
- How long did it take you to learn to play xy?
- Do you know the pianist xy?
etc.
Just use the contact form here.
